Rubber Buffer Pad

This rubber buffer pad is not just pure rubber. It has steel plates on one side or both sides. The steel plates are treated with glue and then bonded to the rubber in one curing process. So this product holds up much better under heavy wear. It also gives good shock absorption. We make it for tough jobs where a plain rubber pad would wear out fast.

We test this rubber buffer pad for ozone aging. The test uses 50pphm ozone at 40 degrees Celsius. The rubber is stretched 20% for 72 hours. After the test, our product shows no cracks. That means your customer can park the truck outside for years. The pad will still look and work like new. We have IATF16949. We check 5 out of every 100 pads for hardness and appearance. If you find bad parts in a batch, we give you 1.5 times the number as replacement. We give a 1 year warranty.
