We have six people on our R&D team. They work with a university. They use computer analysis to make the shape work better. We can make any shape for your rubber shock absorber. We use a world class glue called Chemlok. Then our vulcanizing shop bonds the rubber to the metal. Our lab tests the stiffness, the life under shaking, and the set after squeezing. We change the rubber mix and the process until your product passes all tests.

First, you give us a drawing or a sample. Second, our team checks the cost and the way to make it. Third, we give you a price, plus the mold fee. Fourth, you say yes and pay the mold fee. Fifth, we make a sample. That takes about 35 to 40 days. Sixth, you test the sample. If it is good, we sign a big order. The smallest batch is 500 pieces. For custom parts like this rubber shock absorber, you pay the mold fee first. Then when the big batch is ready to ship, you pay the rest. We take RMB, USD, and HKD. We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP. We give a 1 year warranty. We design the box to fit your part so it stays safe on the way.
