Our rubber bushing with steel insert with steel inserts are a common and highly reliable design. They feature a steel insert on both the inner and outer sides, with rubber vulcanized between them, providing stability while effectively controlling vibrations. This design is widely used by car manufacturers.

With over 20 years of experience producing these bushings, we have a proven track record. For example, we began supplying OE# 93808935EC12-2828 to IVECO in the late 1990s. It has an outer diameter of φ40.2 mm, an inner diameter of φ16.5 mm, and a height of 35 mm. To date, we have supplied over two million units of this model, which remains in production.

We also developed an upgraded model, 5802968452, with the same dimensions, for IVECO in 2021 to meet higher performance requirements. Later, Geely adopted this upgraded bushing for their vans, and we have supplied over one million units.

All steel inserts for these bushings are produced in-house using automatic stamping lines and laser tube cutters, ensuring minimal size variation. We use Chemlok adhesive from Lord Corporation, a leading industry standard, applied via automatic spray and roller coating machines. This ensures an even adhesive layer and strong bonding between rubber and steel, preventing delamination.

Our greatest strength is full process control. From steel insert machining to surface treatment, adhesive coating, rubber injection, and vulcanization, every step is completed in our factory in Anqing, Anhui. Covering 30 mu of land with over 20,000 square meters of building space, we employ 40 skilled workers, many with more than 20 years of experience.

We do not outsource production, allowing tight quality control. We are certified under IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards, and every product undergoes 100% inspection before leaving the factory. Third-party inspections are welcome. We provide a one-year warranty, and if goods are damaged during shipping, replacement units are included in your next order free of charge.

Our export-ready packaging ensures safe delivery: a moisture-proof PE bag inside, a five-layer corrugated carton outside, secured on a wooden pallet, and wrapped in protective film. Our bushings are suitable for both sea and air shipping.

Simply provide a drawing or sample, and we will manufacture your custom rubber bushing with steel insert. Development time is typically 35–40 days from confirmation of the drawing to delivery of the first sample. The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and different models can be combined in a single order.

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP shipping terms. Payments can be made in RMB, USD, or HKD. For standard products, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For custom products, the mold fee is paid first, followed by full payment upon completion of bulk production.
