Our large rubber bushings are designed for heavy-duty vehicles such as buses, city buses, and trucks. These bushings are significantly larger than standard bushings. For example,OE# AKFH-9020 for Ankai buses has an outer diameter of φ58 mm, an inner diameter of φ20.1 mm, and a height of 96 mm. Another example, OE# 2912-00793 for Yutong buses, measures φ50 mm × φ14.2 mm × 72.3 mm.

Large rubber bushings must support the weight of heavy vehicles while absorbing strong road shocks. We manufacture the large metal shells required for these bushings in-house. Our laser tube cutters handle large-diameter tubes with smooth, precise cuts, and our automatic stamping lines press large metal parts efficiently.

Our factory covers 30 mu of land with over 20,000 square meters of building area, allowing us to manage the entire production process internally. This ensures full control over quality and delivery. We hold IATF16949 certification and perform 100% inspection of all bushings before shipment. Third-party inspections are also welcome. We provide a one-year warranty, and if goods are damaged during shipping, we include replacements in your next order at no cost.

Our export-ready packaging protects every bushing: a moisture-proof PE bag, a five-layer corrugated carton, secured on a wooden pallet, and wrapped in protective film-ensuring even large bushings arrive safely.

For bus or coach repair businesses, we offer sample testing. Simply pay the mold fee and shipping cost, and we will provide up to five samples free of charge. The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and you can combine different models in a single order to reduce inventory pressure.

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP shipping terms. Payments can be made in RMB, USD, or HKD. For standard products, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For custom products, the mold fee is paid first, followed by full payment upon completion of bulk production.

We guarantee on-time delivery and can include late delivery penalties in the contract. During production, we provide progress photos and videos. Repeat orders are fulfilled even faster. Our experience with clients like JAC and Ankai spans over 20 years, ensuring a smooth production process.
