Our encased rubber bushings connect the suspension and chassis of vehicles, effectively reducing road vibrations. They are compatible with a wide range of models and are supplied to major brands such as JAC, IVECO, Maxus, Geely, and BYD.

Our team of six engineers collaborates with universities to develop new products. We support both OEM and ODM services-you provide a drawing or a sample, and we manufacture the encased rubber bushing according to your specifications. For example, we produced custom bushings for the BYD pickup (OE# PSHAX-00) and the Yutong bus (OE# 2912-00793). These parts have passed rigorous fatigue testing, demonstrating durability for over 800,000 cycles. Typical development time is 35–40 days, from receiving your drawing to delivering the first sample, allowing us to respond quickly to your project needs.

Our factory, located in Anqing, Anhui, covers 30 mu of land with a building area exceeding 20,000 square meters. We employ 40 workers, many with over 20 years of experience.

We manage the entire production process in-house, including metal part fabrication, surface treatment, adhesive application, vulcanization, crimping, and inspection. We do not outsource any processes, ensuring complete control over quality and delivery time. Our equipment includes laser tube cutters, automatic stamping lines, and automatic rubber injection machines, providing precise dimensions and consistent performance.

We are certified under IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards since 2013. Every encased rubber bushing is 100% inspected before packing. If any goods are damaged during shipping, we will include replacement parts in your next order free of charge. We offer a one-year warranty and accept third-party inspections.

Testing our bushings before mass production is simple-you pay the mold fee and shipping cost, and we provide up to five samples for free. The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and you may mix different models in a single order to reduce initial inventory pressure.

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP shipping terms, allowing you to choose the most convenient option. Packaging is suitable for both sea and air shipping: a moisture-proof PE bag inside, a five-layer corrugated carton outside, secured on a wooden pallet, and wrapped with clear film to ensure safe delivery.

Payment can be made in RMB, USD, or HKD. For regular products, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For custom products, the mold fee is paid first, with full payment due once bulk production is completed and ready for shipment. We guarantee on-time delivery and can include late delivery penalties in the contract. During production, you may request progress photos or videos at any time. Repeat orders are fulfilled even faster.
