Rubber Buffer Block

This rubber buffer block is the same size as the shock block above. But we give it a different name. Why? Because the job is different. You use a product at the very end of a moving part. For example, at the lowest point of a forklift fork, or at the arm stop on an excavator. These jobs have very hard hits. So we make this product from high-strength polyurethane. Polyurethane can reach 90 Shore A hardness. Normal natural rubber only goes to about 70 Shore A. The two models – V348 and 9900174149 – can be made in polyurethane. When you order, please tell us you want the polyurethane version. The polyurethane product costs 30% more than the natural rubber version.

The polyurethane version of this rubber buffer block has one big advantage. It works great in very cold weather. At minus 40 degrees, polyurethane stays soft and springy. Natural rubber gets hard and cracks. Our polyurethane product passes a cold impact test at minus 40 degrees. We drop it from 1 meter high onto a steel plate. The block does not crack. That is why this rubber buffer block is good for Russia, Canada, and other cold places. Our lab has a freezer that goes down to minus 50 degrees. We can give you a cold test report.

If you need it, we can put mounting bolts and nuts on this product. The bolts are zinc coated to stop rust. We can pre-assemble everything. You open the box and screw it onto your machine. No need to find your own bolts. That saves you time. The smallest batch is 500 pieces. You can mix models. We take RMB, USD, and HKD. We give a 1 year warranty.
