Rubber End Cushion

This rubber end cushion goes on the end of a leaf spring on a heavy truck. It helps cut down shock. The shape is not simple. It changes for each truck model. We have two numbers. V348(4T16-5586-AA) is 74mm long, 70mm wide, and 50mm high. It fits some JAC trucks. The other is 9900174149. It is 68mm long, 60mm wide, and 53mm high. It fits Geely VAN trucks. Both shapes are complex. They need a good mold and a careful process. We have mold suppliers who can make these complex shapes for our product.

This rubber end cushion has a slot. You push it onto the end of a tube or a rod. Just push it by hand. No screws. No glue. The slot size is made exactly for the tube wall thickness. Once it is on, it will not fall off. We do not need a hammer to put it on. We did a pull-off test. Normal shaking and bumps will not make this rubber end cushion come loose. We are a long-time supplier to JAC and Geely. Our part is the same as the original factory part.

The smallest batch for each model is 500 pieces. But you can mix them. For example, take 300 pieces of V348 and 200 pieces of 9900174149. That totals 500 pieces. So you meet the minimum order. That gives you more flexibility. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP. We take RMB, USD, and HKD. For regular parts, you pay 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Want to test first?
