Elastomeric Bushing

The core of this elastomeric bushing is its rubber elasticity. Our specially formulated rubber combines high-quality natural and synthetic rubber, ensuring that the bushing quickly returns to its original shape after compression.

For example, OE# 2912110V6500 for the JAC Refine series has an outer diameter of φ55 mm, an inner diameter of φ16.2 mm, and a height of 80.5 mm. During turning or braking, this elastomeric bushing acts as a soft cushion, reducing hard contact between metal components.

Our laboratory is fully equipped for hardness, tensile, aging, and fatigue testing. Data shows that this elastomeric bushing maintains performance for more than five years under normal use. Many commercial vehicle and MPV drivers report a quieter, more comfortable ride after switching to our bushing.

Export-grade packaging ensures safe delivery. The inner layer is a PE bag for moisture protection, while the outer layer is a five-layer corrugated carton, fixed on a wooden pallet and wrapped in film. Both sea and air shipping are supported.

If you have special elasticity requirements, our R&D team of six engineers can adjust the rubber hardness to meet your working conditions. We collaborate with universities to optimize performance.

Simply provide a drawing or sample. The first sample is delivered in approximately 35–40 days. The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and you can mix different models in one order.

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP shipping terms. Payments can be made in RMB, USD, or HKD. For standard products, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For custom products, the mold fee is paid first, followed by full payment upon completion of bulk production.

On-time delivery is guaranteed, with late delivery penalties available in the contract. Progress photos and videos are provided during production. Repeat orders enjoy faster turnaround. Our dedicated after-sales team is available for any questions.
