Strong Bonding is Our Core Technology
The key to a steel lined rubber bushes is the bond strength between rubber and steel. Weak bonding can lead to separation after use. Our bonding technology is mature and reliable. We use Chemlok adhesive from Lord Corporation, applied evenly by our automatic roller coater, which also cures the glue quickly.
Our automatic rubber injection machine precisely controls temperature, pressure, and injection volume. This ensures the rubber and steel in each bushing remain securely bonded.

- 5802968452 for IVECO vans – OD φ40.2 mm, ID φ16.5 mm, Height 35 mm
Both models use our advanced bonding technology. Our R&D team collaborates with universities to study rubber-to-metal bonding, earning our factory the title of High-Tech Enterprise in Anhui Province.

Custom Production Based on Drawings or Samples
You provide a drawing or sample, and we produce the steel-lined rubber bushing according to your specifications. Our technical team will discuss your requirements, provide a quote, and develop samples.
- Sample development: 35–40 days
- Mass production: After sample approval and mold fee payment
- Minimum order: 500 pieces; different models can be mixed in one order
- Delivery terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP
